Evidently, as a private firm, our clients represent a key factor. Nevertheless, when Owners' Communities commission a project for administration a viability and selection procedure will be conducted and they will be contacted directly before the project between the Governing Board and our firm is submitted, in order to ascertain and discuss how problems in the Community can be solved and thus jointly design the viability project or abandon the application.
If, following the viability procedure, we decide not to offer our services, this is because it is important for us to maintain our reputation of administering a community efficiently, day by day, and not merely administering Communities.
We only provide our services to Communities and properties and wish to keep the trust of our current and future clients, but in an efficient, reliable and honest manner at all times.
