Our firm is 100% private and was formed under the Spanish Laws regarding Limited Liability Partnerships. Located in the Plaza de la Hispanidad 2 in Fuengirola (Málaga). Each of the staff members specialises in a particular service area.

Our daily work is supported on two essential pillars: University education in the real estate sector and our own expertise since 1987 in property management and community administration.

Since we launched our activities as Property Administrators we have upheld four basic principles: service, effectiveness, honesty and responsibility, paying attention to all details, regardless of how minor they may be, and devoting all our time to property owner communities. We do not engage in any other activity that is not related to community administration (insurance, administrative handling of official matter, real estate, etc.).

From the very beginning we decided to devote ourselves exclusively to property administration in order to satisfy on a daily basis the property owner communities that have counted on our services.  
This daily work has allowed us to consolidate our experience and to confirm that there is nothing more rewarding that to see how many persons fully trust the services we provide.

At present technology is constantly advancing, and our office has joined in by acquiring computer equipment, software and technological material that optimise our work and in consequence generate excellent results and remarkable savings in time which we devote to providing high-quality owner attention service.

With this new area, Owners and Communities to which we provide our services can find all On-line information and Interactive Forms (Community Minutes, Accounting Information, Personalised Advisory Services, Procedures adopted, etc., all accessible on-line from anywhere in the world where Internet access is available).
